Laffoley’s Odyssey is a short five minute film that documents Paul Laffoley. A 64 year old artist who works in a small windowless room where he creates intensely detailed paintings of futuristic engineering projects, diagrams of time machines and portals to other dimensions.
Partitura is a custom software to generate realtime graphics aimed at visualising sound. Partitura aims to create a new system for translating sound into visual forms. Inspired by the studies of artists such as Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Oscar Fischinger and Norman McLaren, the images generated by Partitura are based on a precise and coherent system of relationships between various types of geometries.
